Hernö & tonic infused with coffee syrup
This cocktail was created by Hernö Gin Chief of First Impression, Emil Åreng, who got the brilliant idea to mix three classic cocktails: Gin & tonic, Espresso martini and Tom Collins. The result is mind blowing. You have to try this!
Ingredients
50 ml Hernö Gin
30 ml espresso coffee syrup*
20 ml lemon juice
premium tonic
Preparation
Take a highball glass and fill the whole glass with ice, pour in Hernö Gin, add espresso coffee syrup and lemon juice. Top with premium tonic.
*Home made espresso coffee syrup is far more delicious than readymade. Just cook 5 dl coffee and 5 dl sugar to a syrup and let it refrigerate. Ready to use.
