Hernö Meadowsweet Smash
A flowery twist on the modern era cocktail Basil smash that was created by the talented Jörg Meyer of the Lion in Hamburg 2008 and quickly became a phenomenon in the business. Now it is time to bloom for our Hernö Meadowsweet Smash.
Ingredients
50 ml Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin
1 bunch of meadowsweet
30 ml fresh lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
Preparation
Place meadowsweet and lemon juice in a shaker, gently muddle (smash) and top of with the rest of the ingredients. Shake vigorously and double strain into an ice-filled glass. Garnish with meadowsweet.
