Inspired by the great Savoy cocktail Alexander, let us present our Swedish twist Selma: A homage to the tradition Fettisdag, the last day before the fast, when we eat Semla. This is our liquid twist on the traditional wheat bun packed with cream and almond paste.
50 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
25 ml Disaronno Velvet
25 ml cream
Shake everything with ice, strain into a cocktail glass. Garnish with ground cardamom and a dab of icing sugar.
