Hernö High Coast Truffle Gibson
The Gibson is a mixed drink considered a cousin of The Dry Martini, distinguished mostly by garnishing with an onion instead of an olive. Our take with Truffle oil, Hernö High Coast Truffle Gibson, might be a second cousin.
60 ml Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin
15 ml Dry Vermouth
Pour Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin and Dry Vermouth into a stirring glass. Fill the glass with ice to 3/4 and stir with a spoon for about 15 seconds for perfect dilution. Finally strain the cocktail into a cocktailglass. Garnish with a pickled onion and 2–3 drops Truffle oil.
