Shake Hernö Dry Gin, cinnamon syrup and lemon juice with ice. Strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top up with a dry apple cider. Garnish with apple zest. * Cinnamon syrup 300 g sugar 300 g water 2 cinnamon sticks in pieces Heat everything in a casserole until sugar has dissolved. Let rest for two hours. Strain into a bottle.
