Shake everything with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with blood orange zest. * Warm 500 g sugar and 0,5 l limejuice. Add a pinch of citric acid and wine acid to get that real sweet and sour tone going. Let it cool and then you can keep in the fridge for about three months.
