Pour Hernö Dry Gin, lemon juice, raspberry syrup and egg white into a shaker. Shake all the ingredients without ice to get a foam. Add ice to the shaker and shake it like you mean it for about ten seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktailglass. Garnish with raspberries or keep it simple. *Heat 3 dl sugar and 3 dl water until sugar is dissolved. Add 250 g of raspberries to the warm simple syrup. Let it rest for a couple of hours and strain away the raspberries.
