Dill Collins

Created with Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin and spiced up with dill, Dill Collins is a really Swedish interpretation of the classic Tom Collins. Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin also is a homage to the aquavit tradition where Hernö Gin has matured on casks that earlier held O.P. Anderson.

Make one yourself

Ingredients
  • 50 ml Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin
  • 30 ml lemon juice
  • 25 ml dill syrup*
Preparation

Add Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin, lemon juice and dill syrup in to a highball glass. Fill the glass with ice, top it up with soda and give it a nice quick stir. Garnish with dill. *Dill syrup: 500 g sugar 500 g water A handful of dill Bring the water to boil. Dissolve the sugar in the boiling water, stirring constantly. Add dill and let it rest for three hours. Strain into a bottle.
