Dry 1891
A Dry Martini with a twist, created with Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin and garnished with a cornichon, that gives a new dimension to the classic cocktail. Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin also is an hommage to the Swedish aquavit tradition where Hernö Gin has matured on casks that earlier held O.P. Anderson.

Ingredients
- 60 ml Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin
- 20 ml Dry Vermouth, we recommend Mancino Vermouth
- Cornichon
Preparation
Pour Hernö Eighteen Ninety One Dry Gin and Dry Vermouth into a stirring glass. Fill the glass with ice to three fourths and stir with a spoon for about fifteen seconds for perfect dilution. Finally strain the cocktail into a cocktailglass. Garnish with a cornichon.
