Elderflower Power
Elderflower has a mythical history, believed to possess magical powers such as bringing good luck and protection or to ward off evil spirits. We can't promise any of this. But we do know that elderflower syrup is a perfect mach with strawberries.
Make one yourself
Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Old Tom Gin
- 20 ml elderflower syrup
- 20 ml lemon juice
- Fresh strawberries
- Soda Water
Preparation
Muddle two strawberries in a glass. Add elderflower syrup, lemon juice and Hernö Old Tom Gin. Top with Soda Water and ice. Garnish with strawberries.
