A classic Gin & Tonic. No frills in true Hernö spirit with a focus on the citrus notes from the gin.

Ingredients
- 50ml Hernö én gin
- 100 ml neutral tonic
- Lots of ice
- Grapefruit zest
Preparation
Fill up a highball glass with lots of ice. Pour 1 part gin and 2 parts neutral tonic over the ice. Serve ice cold with a grapefruit zest to enhance the citrus notes.
