Gin Fizz

A true classic cocktail easily turned into a Gin fizz tonic by adding some premium tonic instead of soda. Yummy! Note that the fizz is not served over ice, it's meant to be slurped.

Hernö Dry Gin

Make one yourself

Ingredients
  • 50 ml Hernö Dry Gin
  • 20 ml freshly squeezed lemon
  • 20 ml of simple syrup
  • 20 ml of egg white
  • 50 ml soda water
Preparation

Pour Hernö Dry Gin, freshly lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker. Shake everything without ice for about three seconds, then fill the shaker with ice and shake again for about ten seconds. Add soda water to the shaker and strain the cocktail into a old fashioned glass or a whiskey glass. Finally garnish with a lemon wedge.
