Gooseberry Sour
Gooseberry and lemonzest enhance the flavors of Hernö High Coast Terrior Gin 2022, launched in a tribute to classic garden plants in The High Coast of Sweden, heroes that survive in a harsh climate. This years Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin is flavored with rhubarb root, gooseberry and blackcurrant twig together with sorrel, spruce shots and juniper of course.

Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin 2022
- 40 ml Gooseberrycordial*
- Lemon zest
Preparation
Stir Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin 2022 and gooseberrycordial with ice for twenty sekonds. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Garnish with lemon zest. *Gooseberrycordial 400 g gooseberry juice 200 g sugar 4 tsp citric acid Grated peel from a lemon Blend everything with a blender until all ingredients are dissolved.
