Pour Hernö Pink BTL Gin, raspberry syrup* and one whole egg into a shaker. Shake everything without ice. Add ice and shake again. Double strain into a chilled glass. *Raspberry syrup: Just cook 500 g. sugar and 500 g. water to a syrup. Add 250 g. raspberries and let it rest for three hours. Strain. Ready to use.
