Hernö Gin & Tonic
Hernö Gin & Tonic was awarded "World's best Gin & tonic" in 2016 and 2023 by IWSC, the world's foremost competition in alcoholic beverages. This is how you make the award winning cocktail.
Make one yourself
Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Gin
- 100 ml Premium tonic
- Lemon zest
Preparation
Take a highball glass and fill the whole glass with ice. Pour in Hernö Gin, top with premium tonic and garnish with a lemon zest. To be a little more creative, add peppar to really get the herbal note in Hernö Gin going. But be careful, not too much tonic. One part gin and maximum two parts tonic.
