Sloe Gin Fizz
Sloe Gin Fizz is created by Hernö Gin Brand Ambassador Rhys Vickery when asked to come up with a cocktail for Christmas. Hitting bulls eye choosing Sloe Gin, Britain's traditional Christmas tipple, Rhys goes for a refreshing Gin Fizz with history back to 1887. We can hear the gingle bells.
Make one yourself
Ingredients
- 50 ml Hernö Sloe Gin
- 25 ml lime juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- 1 egg white
- Dash of soda
Preparation
Pour Hernö Sloe Gin, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white into a shaker. Shake everything without ice for about three seconds, then fill the shaker with ice and shake again for about ten seconds. Add soda water to the shaker and strain the cocktail into a old fashioned glass or a whiskey glass. Finally garnish with a lemon wedge.
