Cocktails that challenge your senses
It the heart of the Hernö Gin Bar experience are our signature cocktails, created to challenge both your taste buds and your idea of what a cocktail can be. The menu is inspired by how we actually perceive flavour and is divided into two sections: Palette and Senses.
Palette focuses on the taste buds and the five basic tastes: sweet, sour, salty, bitter and umami. Senses explores everything beyond the taste buds, including aroma, touch and sight.
Our signature menu takes on a new form twice a year, so there’s always something new to discover.

We also offer a carefully curated menu of classics, with dedicated chapters for the Martini and Negroni, of course.
Experience small sized plates with a Northern touch & pizza
Try our selection of Swedish snacks, perfect for sharing and enjoying with a drink. If you’re feeling a little hungrier, choose from four delicious kinds of pizza, each made with carefully selected ingredients. Gin tasting
Taste the world’s most awarded gin
Join us for a flavourful gin tasting and discover the story of Hernö Gin, from the original idea and founding to becoming the world’s most awarded gin today. Guided by one of our experienced hosts, you’ll taste five different Hernö gins and learn more about gin making, our products and the botanicals that give Hernö Gin its distinctive character.
All tastings must be booked in advance to ensure the best possible experience and are held in Swedish.

Treat yourself with a Gin Weekend
Together with Hotel Frantz, a cosy boutique hotel close to Hernö Gin Bar, we’re offering Gin Weekends once a month. You will participate in a cocktail tasting at Hernö Gin Bar, followed by a Chef’s Choice dinner at Hotel Frantz where you will also stay until the following day and have a really nice breakfast.
