Hernö Botany Bay

Interpretations by Hernö Gin is a collectors series of gin with a creative twist. Hernö Botany Bay Dry Gin, 2020, is the third interpretation and a colab with Four Pillars in Australia. A botanical’s dream uniting two worlds with pronounced juniper, an array of candied citrus, eucalyptus, a floral pepperiness and soft pink pepper. Limited to 6,840 bottles, 43 % vol.

Tasting Notes

• Nose
• Sweet citrusy notes, orange, fresh eucalyptus, deep notes of crispbread and blue junipers.

• Finish
• Nutty and sublime hints of chocolate accompanied with lemon and deep blue juniper berries. A slightly numbing feeling from the Tasmanian pepper.

• Palate
• Juniper comes through followed by an array of candied citrus and eucalyptus. A floral pepperiness, soft pink pepper.
