Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin 2017 is created with botanicals handpicked in the surroundings of Dala by Jon Hillgrens mother, Yvonne, during the summer of 2017. Hop found at a deserted farm is one of the treasures from the larder of mother nature this year. Limited to 399 bottles, 44,1% vol.
Tasting Notes
Nose
An array of floral notes upfront, spicy and fresh. Underlying depth of deep blue juniper.
Finish
Juniper lingers for a long time, a little warmth at the end accompanied with spiciness – a dry finish.
Palate
Herbaceous and piney. Slightly creamy and sweet spruce shoots that develops into rich blue juniper. Very sippable.

We offer tastings in our distillery in Dala outside Härnösand and at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm.
The tasting will take two hours and a serving of the world’s best gin and tonic is included.
