Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin is created with botanicals handpicked in the High Coast of Sweden. This one didn’t come easily. Drought of the summer of 2019 made juniper rare in the High Coast of Sweden. But with help from locals that worked hard in the forest picking juniper we are happy to release a very limited edition of Hernö High Coast Terroir Gin 2020. Limited to 457 bottles, 43,8% vol.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Layers of juniper, ranging from mature to green. Loads of floral notes driven by meadowsweet. Grassy green.

Finish
Grassy notes lingers, forest floor yet fresh. A very dry finish.

Palate
Initially load of meadowsweet, green notes and resin accompanied with juniper and some acidic notes.
