Tasting Notes

Nose
Frutity and pepper, green apples. Vanilla and oak, subtle juniper and underlying depth of cassia

Finish
Long lingering figs with fresh citrus and pepper. Floral notes return.

Palate
Floral and juniper develops into barley sweets and oak. Dry mouthfeel and a little warmth.

We offer tastings in our distillery in Dala outside Härnösand and at Hernö Gin Bar in Stockholm.
