The tenth edition of Hernö Gin’s acclaimed Sipping series is a meeting between two casks, carrying two stories from the High Coast of Sweden. A juniper and citrus forward cask blend of gin matured on the original Hernö Sipping 2016 cask a for record breaking nine full years bringing a subtle smokiness accompanied with gin matured for 35 days on sherry casks which adds fruitiness, spice and a round elegant structure. A tribute to our heritage. 44% ABV. 601 bottles.

Tasting Notes

Nose
Bright citrus and floral notes followed by gentle hints of vanilla and dried fruit. A subtle whisper of smoke lingers in the background.

Finish
Lingering sweetness from the sherry casks, accompanied by smooth oak, a hint of dark chocolate, and a refined touch of smoke that echoes smoothly in the aftertaste.

Palate
Fresh juniper carrying notes of orange peel, violet, and soft oak. A hint of smoke accompanied by smooth fruitiness and warm spice.
